The Document Foundation has announced the availability of LibreOffice 3.3.3, a new stable version of the free office suite for personal productivity, targeting enterprise users. LibreOffice 3.3.3 is already available for download at the following address: https://en.libre-office.fr/staticpages/index.php/download-libreoffice-for-free.
This release focuses on stability, bug fixes and security enhancements. It is intended for users who need a reliable office suite for daily work, especially in enterprise deployments where stability is more important than new features.
According to Thorsten Behrens, a developer and member of the TDF Steering Committee, "LibreOffice 3.3.3 fixes several bugs and enhances the security of the suite, specifically addressing the needs of enterprise deployments, where stability is more important than new features. This branch will be maintained until the end of the year, allowing for a smooth and secure transition to LibreOffice 3.4.x."
