The Document Foundation has announced the release of LibreOffice 6.2.5, the fifth version of the LibreOffice 6.2 family, which addresses regression issues. This version is aimed at technology-savvy users: early adopters, tech enthusiasts, and experienced users.

Individual users of LibreOffice are supported by a global community of volunteers: https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/community-support/. On the website and wiki, you will find guides, manuals, tutorials, and user guides. Donations help them make all these resources available.
LibreOffice users are encouraged to join the community at https://www.libreoffice.org/community/get-involved/ to improve LibreOffice by contributing in the following areas: development, documentation, infrastructure, localization, quality assurance, and marketing design.
LibreOffice 6.2.5 provides numerous fixes over the previous version as described in the release notes: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Releases/6.2.5/RC1 (modified in RC1) and https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Releases/6.2.5/RC2 (modified in RC2).
Enterprise Deployments
LibreOffice 6.2.5 remains at the forefront of open source, but can be considered for enterprise-class deployments. By early August, when LibreOffice 6.3 is released, LibreOffice 6.2.5 will replace LibreOffice 6.1.6 as the top choice for production environments.
When searching for an enterprise application and a service level agreement (SLA), look for members of the TDF advisory board who provide this product under LibreOffice LTS (long-term support) (https://www.documentfoundation.org/governance/advisory-board/).
Additionally, value-added services for enterprise deployments—related to software support, migrations, and training—should come from certified professionals (https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/professional-support/).
Sourcing software and/or services from the ecosystem of certified professionals represents the best support option for businesses deploying LibreOffice across multiple workstations. In fact, these activities contribute to the project in the form of improvements to the software and community, triggering a beneficial virtuous circle for users and all other stakeholders.
Availability of LibreOffice 6.2.5
LibreOffice 6.2.5 is available at: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/. The minimum required configuration for proprietary operating systems is Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 and Apple macOS 10.9. Versions of the latest source code for LibreOffice Online are available as Docker images: https://hub.docker.com/r/libreoffice/online/.
LibreOffice Online is fundamentally a server-side service that must be installed and configured by adding cloud storage and an SSL certificate. This technology can be viewed as an enabling technology for cloud services offered by Internet service providers or the private cloud of businesses and large organizations.
LibreOffice users, free software advocates, and community members support The Document Foundation by donating at https://www.libreoffice.org/donate.
LibreOffice 6.2.5 is built with document conversion libraries from the Document Liberation project: https://www.documentliberation.org.
